Who is responsible
Ore Dynamics A.S. is responsible for personal information it receives through enquiries made using this website. You can contact us at ore@oredynamics.com or write to Alcı Mh. ASO 2. OSB 2017. Cd. No.1 Sincan / Ankara - TÜRKİYE. This notice covers browsing, product and technical enquiries, and information you choose to send to our team.
Information you provide
An enquiry may include your name, email address, company, enquiry topic and project details. A careers enquiry may also contain your CV, experience and contact details. Provide only information relevant to your request; please do not include sensitive personal information or information about other people unless necessary and authorised.
How the website works
The contact form prepares a message in your own email application. Typing into the form does not send a message to Ore Dynamics or save it in a website database. Your email application sends the message only when you choose to send it. The bit selection guide and operating calculators run in your browser; their inputs are not submitted to Ore Dynamics.
Why information is used
We use enquiry information to answer questions, discuss products and projects, prepare quotations and manage related correspondence. Careers information is used to consider your enquiry. Relevant legal grounds include steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and securing services, where those interests do not override your rights. Optional language storage is based on your consent.
Technical data and service providers
Serving and securing the website can involve technical information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages and access times. Hosting and email service providers may process this information or correspondence to operate, deliver and protect their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or needed to establish or defend legal claims. Service providers may operate outside Türkiye; any cross-border handling is subject to applicable data-transfer requirements.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not install advertising or audience analytics trackers. It uses browser storage to remember your cookie choice for 180 days. If you enable language preferences, it also remembers your chosen language for up to 180 days. These entries are named ore-consent-v1 and ore-language-v1. Optional language storage is off until you accept it. Hosting, access control or security services may use storage necessary to deliver and protect the website.

Keeping information
Browser preferences expire after 180 days. Enquiry and business correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the request, any resulting relationship and applicable record-keeping or legal requirements. The appropriate period depends on the information and purpose. You may contact us to ask about information held about you or request deletion where applicable.
Your rights and requests
Under applicable data-protection law, including Türkiye’s Law No. 6698, you may ask about processing, its purpose and recipients; request access, correction or deletion where the legal conditions apply; and exercise rights relating to objections, automated decisions and unlawful processing. Contact ore@oredynamics.com or our postal address with a clear description of your request. We may need to verify your identity. Requests under Turkish law are answered within the applicable period, normally no later than 30 days. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.
External services and updates
Opening an email application or a directions link takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices. We may update this notice when the website or its handling of information changes. The date above identifies the current version.
